January 26, 2009

A thorough analysis of any income-producing real estate property (Multi-Home or Commercial)  is critical to ensure positive returns by considering all the variables that could easily topple your basic estimates and put you in red.

This tool designed by me is aimed at intelligent investors who would like to know their return considering different scenarios like:

  1. What if NOI(Rentals-Expenses) growth divert from your range?
  2. How would it fare under a range of possible disposition(sale) prices?
  3. Would it make sense from a return stand-point to hold it for another 2-3 yrs?
  4. How would my returns look like for a range of mortgage interest rates?

So, Take  a test drive!   Use it and Benefit from it!
